Goodyear National Accounts¶
A Goodyear National Account vehicle is billed to Goodyear, not to the driver. The approval for the work comes from the vehicle's Fleet Management Company (FMC) in Holman or Auto Integrate, never from the driver. The store sets up the repair order in OverDrive, gets the approval, does the work and leaves the RO open. An Operations user closes it the next day.
The code pages here come from the Goodyear National Account Service Price Book effective August 1, 2026.
Before you bill a National Account
- National Account customers do not pay shop supplies.
- Prices are for most vehicles. Some vehicles may require additional charges.
Billing details for a specific account are in the National Account Manual on the Goodyear Dealer Portal. See Goodyear National Account Jobs (Store), step 5.
At the store¶
- Goodyear National Account Jobs (Store) — a Goodyear vehicle at the counter: find the FMC, set up the customer, vehicle and RO in OverDrive, build the ticket with NATL packages, get approval in Holman or Auto Integrate, do the work, and leave the RO open.
Operations (next day)¶
- Goodyear National Account Close-Out (Operations) — verify the RO against Holman or Auto Integrate, add the Goodyear Transactional Fee coupon (GDYR), re-key the invoice, close the RO and mark it complete in Holman or Auto Integrate.
Codes¶
- Top Codes — the National Account codes you'll use most, grouped by service type, with an oil change picker.
- All Codes — every service code in the price book, in price-book order.
Customer setup¶
